Several factors have traditionally played an important role in facility services: people, machines and materials. Service Partner ONE, a subsidiary of Kärcher, has developed software that combines all these elements.
The platform SQ ONE maps processes digitally along all tasks of building service providers. Using AI, it enables a demand-oriented, efficient and transparent organization of daily cleaning processes and higher-level management processes: The entire value chain is digitally controlled, from the acquisition of a customer through scheduling and the actual provision of services to invoicing. The assignment of available employees also takes place within the system. After the daily check-in, the cleaning staff is shown the current cleaning schedule for their working day in their app on the smartphone. Tasks can change in real time, for example if the customer enters additional tasks into the system at short notice. In the end, the customer can carry out the quality control of the cleaning via SQ ONE and evaluate the execution of individual tasks.
